Business Development Manager – Defense & Aerospace

Drive defense and aerospace contracts, including DARPA, SBIR/STTR, and prime contractor relationships. Own pipeline for exoskeleton and autonomous systems applications.

Responsibilities

  • Close 3+ contracts per year; maintain $4M+ pipeline per rep
  • Represent SN-112A at conferences and with government stakeholders
  • Coordinate with technical team on proposals and demos

Requirements

  • 7+ years in defense/aerospace BD or program management
  • Existing relationships with DoD, DARPA, or prime contractors
  • MBA or equivalent; experience with Salesforce/HubSpot
